My sweet Chase,
You are always so excited when we facetime and that makes me so so happy. Yesterday we were on facetime and I said "I am so excited for your birthday party" and you said "two grammies are coming to my party, grammie Rita and grammie Judy! is grammie Judy so excited too??" You are so funny.
You saw Kiera and we all said look at the baby and you said I am having a baby sister and a baby brother. You have no idea!! haha
It will be quite a change.
I love you Chase and can't wait to see you next weekend

My precious Chase,
We went to see you last weekend and you are such a little sweetheart. You were standing at the door, so excited when I got there. Boy, that melts a grammies heart. Makes me feel so loved. You talk non stop and have to show me every toy in your toy room, well, really only the trucks. You LOVE trucks, all kinds. Doesn't matter which kind, all trucks are great.
Uncle Jerry and Cheryl were with us and you really liked Jerry! He had a green john deere sweatshirt on and I think that is what made him great in your eyes. Haha!
We face time quite a bit and it is so fun. You show me your toys then too.
I sure love you Chase and in one week, we will be coming for your birthday and I can't wait
