 My dear Chase

You are such a sweetheart and every once in a while you start sending me texts and I have to say, I absolutely love them.  A lot of them can be pretty silly but then you send me some that melt my heart. Like last week one said. "I miss you" with a sad face kitty and another said " I love you this much" with a bunny and lots of hearts.  and one said "rad g ma" lol

I am looking forward to seeing you next week, you are such a great guy and I love you

Remember I love you unconditionally and I will always be your advocate

 My dear Chase,

You and Hayden and Lorelei were here for a week in August. I really love our time together. You are so sweet. The one day you told me you wanted to call your dad because you were worried about Hayden. And I asked why you were worried and you said well I see him talking to himself and no one was around him and it makes me worried. 

You still are so in love with Lucy. I told you once that dogs lick you when they like you. And you and Lorelai would take turns sleeping in the bed with Papa, because that’s where Lucy sleeps. in the first morning you told me Lucy licked you 27 times. Towards the end of the week I was telling someone about that and you said well I’m pretty sure I’m up to 76 times now.

The day we met your parents for you kids to go home, you says to your dad I need to say a few words to Lucy, so you went over to the other side of the car to say goodbye to Lucy. So darn cute.

But while you were here we had some excitement because you guys were able to take two little kitties home. You were so excited. And I’m so glad you get a pet. This morning I got a text from you that said grandma, shadow slept in my bed all night. I hope shadow gives you lots of lovin.

I pray for you every day honey, because you’re always worrying about something. Just remember God wants to take care of you.

You lost your Papa Bill last month and you so enjoyed him and his sense of humor. He made you laugh so much and you will sure miss him,  when your mama told you what happened, you said well, one thing is good…he is going to heaven and I will see him someday.  God will be with you forever and he wants the best for you.

 My dear Chase,

I haven’t been very good in writing in your blog very often. You all came home for Christmas and we had a very good time. The morning you were coming home you sent me a text and said I can’t wait to get their grandma I wish I was there already. That sure makes me happy to get those texts from you.

You sure do have a great time loving on Lucy. We have to take your picture all the time while you hold her paw or she puts her head on you. You just enjoy her so much. I really wish you had a pet. You would really enjoy one.

You guys came to Florida last month and we had a great time. He loved to ride the golf cart. And we rode an airboat. And did a lot of swimming. Your dad and I were talking about all that signs at the pool with all these rules. And I was saying old people love the rules and your dad says well there’s even too many there to read. Who would read them all? And you said yeah really, but I did read them all. You are so funny.

You have become quite a reader, which makes me very happy
